Service was slow but the food was good! Know they had a larger party in the back but still!🙈

Hi my husband jimmy just picked up lunch. The bell pepper with shrimp and pasta was delicious.

Amazing food and great, friendly service from Tiffany and the team. Wholesome food in a warm friendly setting. Would thoroughly recommend a visit and the shrimp po-boy with a cup of gumbo with the hot sauce 🙂

Absolutely the best food. It is delicious and served with a smile. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. It's definitely a place to visit.

This is my new go to place when I’m anywhere near this area of the westbank. I went here at lunch on a Monday. Their lunch buffet was delicious. Salad bar, red and white beans, pork chops, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, desert bowls....man you can’t beat this place. $10.85 including the tea....wow. Absolutely delicious. I’ll never stop at that McDonalds close by again.

Don't go enough times. The food is delicious and service is great. I especially like the hamburger steak.

Good diner

Fried shrimp and catfish were perfectly breaded and cooked. The location isn't the best. Don't judge the inside or the food by the outside. The pasta and crab balls were not our favorites. We'll definitely return to try the buffet. They do that on certain days and nights. Staff nice and friendly. Place was hopping on Thursday night. See the menu pics for prices. Kids menu available.

Nice mom & pop type of place with great food! We had stuffed crab po boy which was delicious and the most amazing hush puppies! And awesome service!

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. BUT food could use a little seasoning . Crabmeat Augratin was superb

This place is AMAZING. Went tonight for dinner and service was great and food was even better. Catfish, Shrimp, Stuffed Shrimp, stuffed Crab, all of it was the best. Atmosphere is home like and down to earth. I will go back!

Food is always different every time. Spaghetti doesn't taste close to being homemade. Shrimp platter is always salty and never give enough fries, even when the order calls for double fries. The Mac and cheese is good.

I had the baked fish with steamed vegetables. It was very good. The eggplant Orleans was good, as well as the Seafood Gumbo. Good service.

Went in with a friend and her kids. There were only three tables with people. The food was okay. The kids got their food fairly quickly but we waited on ours for quiet a while.

I can't explain just how tasty this place is. The service is impeccable, and the seafood platter is to DIE for! I wouldn't leave Louisiana until you've tasted Jake's seafood. You'll leave with a full belly and a box even fuller of leftovers!!!

I always enjoy the food and the waitress are friendly and helpful. I like to take family here when they come into town. They enjoy the food and ask when they come back in town can we bring them back to Jake's Seafood.

Limited seating for now. They asked that we make a reservation because seating might not be available as a walk in. Staff was as friendly as always. Service was fast. Food was fresh and hot and tasty. Prices are good.

Great little restaurant. Not a very big place but they have a big room in the back for bigger parties. It's kinda hidden if your not looking you'll pass it right up. The food is great it's mostly seafood but they have other food also.

Not as good as it could be Hamburger steak was not cooked well enough with pink still in the middle very skimpy on the Onion's on top this place needs to get better.

Always a great place to meet friends for lunch. Very accommodating staff, and very good and tasty dishes. Nice variety of items to choose from.

They are a family owned restaurant and are very kind. It's always busy when I come. I ordered the chicken parmesan and as you can see from the photo they're not stingy. Ignore the neighborhood they are located in.

Enjoyed the seafood poboy, and stuff mushrooms and salad. But cant believe I lost my receipt. Needed it for my trip!

Captain's Platter is HUGE. Enough for 4 people. Food was hot, crispy, and delicious. Wait staff was excellent.I will be going back very soon.

Nothing to special about this place. Just a down south seafood restaurant. On Fridays, they have a buffet that is pretty good.

Seems like a nice little place, there was only 1 waitress and it seems like she didn't have enough time to tend to everyone. I ordered shrimps with mushrooms over angel hair. The food was super salty. Canned mushrooms, seemed to be canned sauce as well The portion was very generous though.
